Our sustainability strategy leverages partnerships and innovative funding models such as
the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC)and the JOBS Act. The NMTC will attract private
investment to underserved communities, supporting local real estate development and
economic growth. The JOBS Act allows for crowdfunding, empowering Detroit residents to
invest directly in these projects and share in the benefits. By incorporating these
strategies, we create a sustainable, tech-driven community investment network that aligns
with Black Tech Saturdays. This approach promotes financial empowerment and advances
tech adoption, giving Detroiters the tools to shape their economic future.
